The law 30/2007 about Contracts with Public Sector establishes that from the last August 1st all big companies, those that can not present summarised income/profit statement, are forced to use electronic invoice in their relations with Spanish public administration. For the rest of companies the date to start using it is October 10^th 2010. Actually, that obligation forces both parts of the relation, since if companies should be ready to issue their invoices by electronic means, also the administration should be able to receive and process those invoices.

To facilitate both cases we install reception web-sites, where suppliers can generate and present their invoices in a convenient and secure way. The organization or company owner of the web-site will always be the client that all the invoices issued from the web-site have as destination, what qualifies it to adapt it to their needs: supplier identification, business rules, type of integration of the invoices, etc. By this way it is solved the problem of having a unique point of entry for invoices and at the same time it allows small suppliers, that do not have capacity to operate this way, to go on working with the administration or the client company.

On the other side we have issuing web-sites to manage completely the invoicing process.

In this case clients will access the web-site to consult their invoices, download them and indicate their acceptance or rejection to go on with the life cycle.
